In 2019 I collaborated with Art Varga, a Philadelphia bound filmmaker (who happened to video many of our Purim shows), to build a music video staring some different Philly music artists.
This was a super fun project for me because I hadn’t really gotten to write music for female vocalists and hip hop artists before but this project encouraged me to go outside my comfort zone and play around. I also really let the artists influence the final piece, I built a framework for the song and then gave them flexibility to change it and stylize it in their flavor.
