Take a Quick Look at Jumio

Jumio is a global leader in AI-powered identity verification — the technology that lets banks, marketplaces, and apps confirm you are who you say you are. Their marketing runs across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, and The Trade Desk, and their pipeline lives in Salesforce. Over a multi-year partnership with From the Future, I’ve served as the analytics engine behind that operation.

Server-Side Tagging

We moved Jumio’s tracking onto a server-side Google Tag Manager container on their own subdomain — better data quality, less signal lost to browsers and ad blockers, and more control over exactly what data leaves the site.

A Real Testing Program

Instead of guessing at the website, we ran a structured CRO program — hypothesis-driven tests on the homepage hero, CTA destinations (send people to “Learn More,” or straight to the demo?), and key page layouts, each with a documented hypothesis, run window, and conclusion.

Privacy as a Design Input

When GDPR questions came up around opt-in vs. opt-out consent, that analysis became part of the tracking architecture rather than an afterthought.

Closing the Attribution Loop in Salesforce

The audit found the classic gaps: iOS-friendly Google click IDs not captured, Meta and LinkedIn parameters missing entirely, UTM data landing on Leads but dying before it reached Opportunities, and no first-touch vs. last-touch distinction.

We spec’d a full attribution layer — first- and last-touch UTMs, click IDs for every ad platform, GA4 session identifiers, and even a direct link to the Microsoft Clarity session replay on each record — so sales and marketing finally look at the same journey.

And when Salesforce team capacity became the bottleneck, we designed two implementation paths — a full native build versus a lightweight hybrid connector — so the client could choose speed or completeness deliberately instead of stalling.

The Result

Attribution from first ad click to closed deal, tracking that respects both browsers and regulators, and a website that improves on evidence instead of opinion.
